Privacy Policy
Allshapes Cushions Ltd respects the privacy of its customers. We do not practice or tolerate spam in any shape or form. We do not sell or rent your email address or contact information to any third-party organizations. We also do not keep any customers data on this web site server.
Orders
Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
Our Returns Policy
We are so confident of the quality of our products that if any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 21 days.
For made to order items returned non faulty may be subjected to a 15% surcharge.
We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our decision, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, and with the original packaging.
Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For larger parcels we can collect the items for you, and return a refund less postage costs.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days.
Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card which is processed by sagepay. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£) and Uk Vat included at 17.5%
Delivery
This is generally one to two weeks depending on cushion type ordered, foam/feather wraps being the longest. We use several couriers depending on your location and speed of delivery, either 1 or 2 days from despatch. We will notify you by email to confirm despatch, if delivery has not been made within 3 days please contact us and we will trace and resolve the delivery.
