Fibre cushions : New suite cushions are always too soft and will go flat quickly, our fibre cushions are very well filled with a branded fibre, that don’t have this problem.
Foam : Keeps the perfect shape for a cushion but looks flat and starchy.

Duck Feather
Duck feather cushions are the most widely used natural filling , they are soft supportive and plump allowing the body to nestle into the cushion.

15% Down 85% Duck
15% down cushions are our entry level into having luxurious cushions. They are very soft and sumptuous have high loft and recovery and are well worth the extra cost.

50% Down 50% Duck
50% down cushions will make an extremely luxurious soft and light cushion. The extra down percentage will give better loft and recovery and make a big difference to your suite or scatter pads.

95-98% Down
The ultimate softness and the most luxurious comfort for a cushion, down is the soft fluffy under coat of feather. Down clusters are very soft light have no quill and traps heat when cold, and eliminates heat when warm, also having a breathable quality.
Light plumping is required to fluff back up.
Main Uses : Backs, pads, pillows, duvets, coats, sleeping bags.
Foam Core Duck Feather Wrap
A very popular cushion as it gives the support and resilience of foam but feels like a feather cushion. It is made up with a high density medium firmness, quality seating foam, wrapped top and bottom by a medium fill duck feather jacket.
Occasional plumping is required to retain comfort.
Main Uses : Seats and Backs.
Foam Core Wrap 15% Down 85% Duck
A brilliant cushion which has all the characteristics of a foam core feather wrap but filled with 15% down clusters and 85% duck feather.

Foam Core Wrap 50% Down and 50% Duck
Keeps getting better all the characteristics of foam core feather wrap but filled with the superior 50% down clusters and 50% duck feather.

Foam Core Ball Fibre Wrap
The perfect replacement for flat fibre seat cushions. It is made up with a high density medium firmness, quality seating foam, wrapped top and bottom by a medium fill ball fibre jacket, a very plump cushion which will hold its shape for years to come.

Hollow Fibre
Virgin hollow is a synthetic man made fibre with a mechanical crimp to give excellent loft and resilience. Each strand has a hole down the centre which traps air and warmth and produces loft. When we card the fibres from the mill in our machine it transforms into a soft fluffy material.

Ball Fibre
Produced from virgin hollow fibre, which in turn passes through a process that opens the fibre before processed into small round shaped balls, this gives it a feather down like handle as an economic alternative to real Feather Down giving superior comfort and touch to the end product.
